Collaborative therapy for adults who are ready to engage
Most people who find their way to therapy have been thinking about it for a while. They're not in crisis — they're just tired of managing everything on their own and smart enough to know that's not working anymore. I work best with clients who want to be active participants in that process. Therapy, in my experience, works best as a two-way street.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a particular interest in working with parents of children with food allergies — the chronic vigilance, the isolation, and the way it quietly reshapes family life in ways that don't always get named.
I use a cognitive behavioral framework, which means we'll look at the connection between how you think, how you feel, and what you do — and we'll work on changing what's actually changeable. I'm direct, practical, and I don't think insight is worth much if it doesn't lead somewhere. Sessions are collaborative. You won't spend fifty minutes being asked how that makes you feel.
My Approach
Who I work best with
My clients tend to be motivated, self-aware, and ready for something to actually shift. They're not looking for someone to tell them everything is fine. They want to understand what's getting in the way — and do something about it.
